Simple answer, you cannot tell who/what is best.

It depends on how you want to play, want to tank? buff? aoe? Choose your play style. Afterall, it is no point of playing so called "best class" if you don't enjoy it. Look other faction guide to see which suits your style.

With different skill build and tome points to enhance, any faction can be quite different. Since there's no free stats point allocation, skill build will become a key to differentiate yourself with others. (Look at each faction guide for basic skill build).

Simple faction categoraisation would be:

Vim - Tank
Skysong - Healer/Buffer
Jaden - Range attack/aoe
Modo - aoe/transform
Lupin - DD

lol, as soon as i saw this topic, i thought the same thing. Maybe we should stick a topic named "what's the best for" xD

it does depend on builds and gear
but there are things certain classes can't do like a vim aint gonna be a healer/buffer but a skysong could be a tank

Just an expansion...

Jadeon - Ranged Single-Target/Ranged AoE/Surrounding AoE
Modo - Ranged DoT/Surrounding AoE/Melee/Debuffer

Both Jadeon and Modo have AoEs, but Jadeons are the only ones that have AoEs centered on an enemy rather than yourself. Jadeon AoEs also tend to hit more targets than Modo AoEs.
