Has anyone found him i went to Moontop Hollow and i didn't see him at all? So if anyone know can i get Cord are something plz TYVM

You need to enter Moontop Hollow through Illision Dispatcher in Sunstream with a party and a Clan leader, you need to finish The quest (18 waves of Yasho) and protect Anan. When youre done, Li Fong will appear and you can redeem the reward there.

Key word: "A clan leader" NOT NECESSARILY "your clan leader" which makes this the biggest "clan instance" fail.
