Somebody knows where to find lvl4 gear recipes. As i can see there is nowhere to buy it and i also didnt find any by killing monsters (in doom boog) mostly. I have lvl4 craft license, All materials i need but i cant find any recipe. Help me please, i am desperate thnx in advance
Oh and btw, What should i do with my old fundamental chi? It have high value but its useless. It canot be traded!?

Recipes drop from monsters. Very rarely and also depending on your level, so you have to be patient. Just grind on monsters around your level. Sometimes people sell them.
About the old Chi, if it's the bound one, you can npc it, it's useless.

you can indeed buy recipes from ppl in trade realm, for a few Gold.

old chi's can be exchanged, together with arcane bullions, for improved (higher level) chi's (shady dealer: rare item exchange)
The arcane bullions can be obtained from the elder's servant in immortal lookout (sunstream) -> 5honor gems per bullion. But for low level chi's i'd just delete them and buy your new ones

Well, he probably doesn't need to buy a new one, he just magically pulls a new one out of the treasure chest.
