so far all i know is it reduces res and slows O.o (had some1 use it on me) but was a long time so might not be that accurate

dont mention the game gfx settings lol was on my laptop..

Moontop Hollow. r14 If players Gather enough Fume a boss appears that drops items, such as destructive premier, diff for every faction. You need 12 to exchange. Not sure if the sky dweller lottery gives them too, or it's just the death wand and sinister orb.

i believe dweller just gives the deathwand

and i bought this esper from a player who got it from fort.

these forums are weird, several sections don't allow images directly, so they only show up as links. All the faction sections have their options set like that, except balo and arden. Probably they forgot to make matching setting when they added the sections.

i see no1 posted about the npc that trades the 12 esper pieces (Destructive Primer) for the Mihos Wheel Esper so if any1 needs that piece of info the npc is Puhan, in Skysong (-248 -128)
