NOTICE: Issues with accepting the Ascension Quest

Hey all:

Thanks to those of you who have notified us that you are unable to accept the Ascension Quest (to begin the process of Ascending). We have recently concluded our investigation into this issue and have determined the following:

Having a Sleepless quest prevents you from accepting the Ascension quest. Once you complete the Sleepless quest, the Ascension quest already in your Quest log will activate.

Currently this issue affects the Billows only as they are the only server to meet the minimum level requirement to activate the quest chain. This issue will, however, affect all servers as they start qualifying for the quest.

Also, we hope to have fixed in next week's patch, the incorrect setting that is recognizing 300+ level 136 players to begin the process of Ascension. The correct setting is 300+ 135 level players.

Been ready for awhile We'll probably have top 300 as 136 before the next patch

I do want to apologize for this. China claims it's a bug and they are correcting it.

Nothing could be more frustrating as a player(and gm) than a bug preventing a feature from working :\

Well its useless untill then we will be all 300 136+ on shura
