# 1 Connection Error- Help?!

Hi guys, I have a problem logging into JD. I've tried for 2 days now and I'm always getting 'Connection Error!' on the notice board. Whenever I log on, a message is displayed 'Cannot connect to sever'

Can anyone help me with this?

did you check your firewall and antivirus to make sure the game isn't blocked?

umm, can you run the steps on how to do that? It isn't working, it's worked a number of times before and I really want to avoid reinstalling since my internet is really bad
