pretty much... basic mats are the same just difference in the faction mats and items from craftsman

It takes a fortune to buy those things from the Shady Merchant in Sunstream.

When and were do u get the lvl 60 recipes?. I'm lvl 49 with Craft lvl 4 (4/14000). I have looked in Billows, nothing. Been back to Sunstream/Jadeon and Skysong and theres nothing there. Even went on to Doom Bog!

Not a single craft for lvl 60 from any Craftsman.

i bought 95% of my mats directly from npc lol
if all you do is bot and not do any quest/event you will gain alot of gold
but you can also gain more if you can do the daily fishing event but ignoring all the exp reward from it and only sell the fishes you get

if you look at the 2nd section of the list under "monster drop" you'll see what level the mobs are that drop lv 60 recipes which is under lv 4 craft "faction/recipe" column and are from lv 53-64 mobs
and if you what to know which exact mobs they are you can look at my other monsters list link on my signiture below

those 2 also fall under faction/recipe column from the "monster drop" section
but their drop rate are much much lower, even lower than recipes
so your best place to get is from the craftsman npc in any town
